For me, design is about connection, with ideas, with people, and with purpose. The same way I find clarity through movement or a deep conversation, I seek to create that same depth in the brands I build.

For 15+ years, I’ve worked across wellness, media, music, tech, e-commerce, and lifestyle, building brand identities and digital experiences that are both strategic and human. I’ve partnered with brands including Meta, Saje Natural Wellness, Kijiji, Blue Ant Media, and MTV to bring impactful, multi-platform stories to life.

Living and working around the world has expanded my perspective and continues to shape how I design with curiosity, cultural awareness, and intention. That perspective deepened even further after surviving a near-death illness, which grounded me in gratitude and gave me a greater understanding of life and humanity that continues to guide my approach to leadership and impact.

Beyond design, movement has always been a driving force in my life. As a former rhythmic gymnast, marathon finisher, cyclist, and 500-hour certified yoga teacher, I understand the relationship between form and flow, discipline and intuition, patterns and process. It is a practice that shapes how I lead, design, and connect.

I also collaborate with small businesses through consulting, photography, and creative direction, helping bring meaningful ideas to life with care and clarity.
